For those who like to be at the heart of the action, urban Arizona homes are ideal. Each of Arizona's towns offers fantastic annual festivals, with everything from native art exhibitions to ostrich racing, plus there are great dining, concerts and social events all year round.

Cliff Garrett Memorial Rodeo has been going on for 51 years and counting. Spectators are welcome and encouraged to come watch the wild rodeo fun, but have to be employees of Arizona divisions of AiResearch/Garrett/AlliedSignal/Honeywell companies. The rodeo runs in late October and admission is $8 for adults and $5 for children, age six to twelve. The proceeds benefit Arizona charities.
